キャロットケーキ Carrot cake Midnight Baking!

キャロットケーキが食べたい・・・

 

夜中なのに、ふと思い立って作ってしまいました・・・!!

ローズベーカリーのレシピをネットで探してみたけど

結構な量のレシピだったのでちょっとアレンジ。

 

ざっくりテキトーに作りましたが美味しく焼きあがりましたー。

カナダに1年程滞在していた時に働いていたカフェで

”野菜摂取”という名目の元、よく食べていたキャロットケーキ。

もっと日本でもいろいろな所で買えればいいのになー。

 

 

When I was woking at cafe in Vancouver, I loved Carrot cake at there. 

Almost all day, I ate them. When I feel guilty, I just said to by myself,
"I'm eating vegetables, yes, vegetables..." This magic words helped a lot.

 

Some few places, I can find carrot cakes in Tokyo, but no so many.

In Tokyo, Rose bakery's one is my favorite so far.
